1. ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original method use for payment.
Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at our site. To return items to us, please follow these simple steps:
1. Complete the “Return form” enclosed in your original order and place it inside the return package. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
2. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to:

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are refundable in case the bought products will be returned not used.
If product(s) will be returned in used condition, relevant charge will be deducted from your refund.
2. IN STORE PURCHASE RETURNS
If you purchased a product at our local store, please return it to the location where it was purchased. Sorry, gorgeous, but we can only accept returns of products purchased at out store only.
